​Growing up with un-diagnosed mental health challenges in the family home shaped me in ways I'm still discovering. I know what it feels like to have nowhere obvious to turn — to quietly wonder whether struggling is simply your lot in life, something to grin and bear in silence.

That lived experience is at the heart of everything I do. It's why I show up fully — with genuine empathy, without judgment — and why I believe so deeply in the possibility of change for every person who walks through my door.
